These spectacularly moist and fluffy carrot cupcakes are packed with warming spices and then topped with a cream cheese frosting that has a hint of nutmeg and cinnamon goodness.  Some like them on winter days but we think they make a great treat all year round!

    Carrots, all-purpose flour, unrefined sugar, salt, baking powder, baking soda, ground cinnamon, ground nutmeg, milk, oil, vinegar.

     

    Spiced cream cheese frosting with walnuts

    Butter, Philadelphia cream cheese, icing sugar, ground cinnamon, ground nutmeg

    Standard- 5cm (diameter)

    Mini- 3.5cm (diameter)

  • Serving & storage suggestions

    How to store them :

    Cupcakes are best kept refrigerated. Let them sit at room temperature 20 mins before serving. These cupcakes keep 3-4 days in the refrigerator in an airtight container.
