Raspberry Cake
This delighfully refreshing summery cake is a three-layered vanilla cake sandwiched with raspberry buttercream and homemade raspberry jam, covered with more raspberry buttercream. The beauty of fresh raspberries on top of their delicious flavour is the natural pink colour that they provide. That means, no need for any artificial food colours- in line with our natural baking philosophy!
All our cakes are three-layered and 20cm (8 inch) in size, serving 20-24 people. We can make 15cm (6 inch) cakes upon request.

Serving & storage suggestions
This cake is best kept refrigerated. Let it sit at room temperature 20 mins before serving. Extra slices can be kept 3-4 days in the refrigerator in an airtight container.
